Pintado grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use our free browser art tools (Color Mixer & Palette Generator, Photo-to-Coloring-Page Converter, and Grid Method Calculator) for both personal creative pursuits and commercial art projects. You own 100% of the artwork, line art, outlines, and color palettes you produce using our tools.
2. User Media & Copyright
Because all image processing happens locally within your browser, Pintado does not claim any ownership, rights, or interest in any photographs or sketches you open in our tools. You are solely responsible for ensuring you possess the legal right or license to use any reference photography you manipulate.
3. Intellectual Property of Pintado
The software source code, interface designs, vector graphics, tutorials, color matching algorithms, and brand materials on Pintado.org are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not scrape, frame, or reverse engineer our site to redistribute our tools as your own commercial service without express written permission.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our tools and educational guides are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. While our subtractive RYB mixing algorithms strive for realistic pigment simulation, physical paint brand formulas (pigment densities, binders, and chemical opacities) vary widely. Pintado makes no guarantee of exact color matching with physical retail paint brands.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pintado, its creators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or tools.
